DZO TRAVEL INT. S.R.L., based in Bacău, Romania (tax ID 51587180), is the controller of your personal data and is committed to protecting it under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What data we collect
Identification and contact details (name, email, phone), booking and invoicing data, and technical data (IP address, browser) collected automatically via cookies.
Why we use it
To process bookings and payments and issue invoices (contract performance); to answer your requests (legitimate interest); to send marketing (only with consent); to measure website usage with Google Analytics 4 (only with consent, IP anonymised); and to comply with legal obligations.
Who processes your data
Trusted providers, under contract and only as needed: NETOPIA Payments (card payments), SiteBunker (hosting, Romania), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics with consent; Maps), our email provider, and accountants/authorities when required by law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking data for the contractual relationship and as required by law (accounting records, 10 years); contact form messages, up to 2 years; newsletter, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
